• Treat it like your own home, respectfully.

• No pets or smoking. Sadly previous guests have taken items home and punched holes in the wall hence now a deposit.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300

Cancellations

Strict - Free cancellation for 48 hours

After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, 

No refund if booking is cancelled within 7 days of check-in
